Colleen started working with John Rivington in 1999 as a Candidate Appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Cindy Rivington

Controller

Cindy has been handling the bookkeeping, accounts payables, receivables and payroll for Rivington since 2011, but has worked within the company since 1994. Cindy has a versatile skillset, a lot of integrity and willingness to go the extra mile to help staff and customers. In her downtime, Cindy likes to enjoy nice restaurants, share a bottle of wine with friends and cuddle up beside her woodstove with a good book and her two pugs.
Tanya Emmons

Tanya Emmons

Candidate Appraiser

Tanya joined the Rivington team in 2011 as an office administrator and was quickly inspired to pursue a career as an appraiser. She’s been working as an appraiser since 2013 and is currently a candidate member of the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers, working toward her Designated Appraiser Residential designation.

Tanya loves the family-like feel of Rivington where she knows her work matters. Being a people person, working as an appraiser is a good fit for Tanya. Tanya serves Lanark and Frontenac Counties. In her downtime, Tanya, her two sons and husband try to fish and ATV whenever they can, and catch a good hockey game.
